Welcome to ISS

Overview

ISS offers more than 70 service offerings that are used throughout the College. ISS is the central Information Technology organization. Our work touches nearly every area of the College and supports the technology used by students, faculty, staff, and College operations.

Working in ISS means being part of a team responsible for systems and services that the College depends on every day. Some of our work is highly visible, such as answering Help Desk requests or supporting classroom technology. Other work happens behind the scenes, including maintaining infrastructure, managing enterprise systems, protecting College information, and keeping services available and secure.

Although ISS is divided into specialized teams, we operate as one department. Problems and projects frequently cross team boundaries, and employees are expected to communicate, collaborate, document their work, and help one another when needed.

This is our online manual that explains the standards, procedures, resources, and expectations that guide how we work in ISS.
