Organizational Structure

Information Systems & Services is part of the Finance and Administration portfolio of McLennan Community College. The Vice President of Finance and Administration oversees ISS along with several other College operational areas.

The general reporting structure is:

ISS Teams

ISS is organized into four primary operational teams:

  • Administrative Systems
  • Customer Support Services
  • Cybersecurity & Online Technologies
  • Infrastructure

Each team has specialized responsibilities, but the teams work together to provide technology services to the College.

The Chief Information & Technology Officer is responsible for overall leadership of ISS. Managers provide leadership for their respective operational teams and are responsible for the staff, services, projects, and resources assigned to those areas.
