UpSwing Tutoring Support
Overview
UpSwing for tutoring is a third-party service that provides online tutoring support and uses its own technical support system. If you experience issues with UpSwing, you must contact their support team directly using their official support channels.
Getting Started
Contact UpSwing via Chat
- Log in to your UpSwing account.
- Locate the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Click the chat icon to start a conversation with the support assistant.
- Begin chatting with the automated assistant.
- If the automated assistant cannot resolve your issue, you will be connected to a live support agent.
Submit an Online Support Request
- Open the UpSwing support request form at UpSwing Support Request.
- Click I am a student.
- Enter your MCC student email address in the email field (example: ab0123456@students.mclennan.edu).
- Fill out the required details describing your issue.
- Submit the request for UpSwing support to review.
