Pearson is a third-party company that provides online learning platforms used with many textbooks at MCC, such as MyMathLab and MyStatLab. Because these services are managed by Pearson, it is recommended to contact their Tech Support to assist with issues related to Pearson accounts, course access, payments, or technical issues.
MCC Tech Support cannot make changes to Pearson accounts or course access.
Getting Started
Pearson offers Live Chat and Phone support.

- Choose either Order Management or Technical Support depending on your issue.
