Overview
This article provides official status check guidance for key McLennan Community College online service. If a service appears unavailable or is not functioning as expected, use the steps below to confirm whether the issue is due to an vendor outage.

Getting Started
If you suspect a system is down, follow the steps below based on the service you are trying to access. Confirming the current service status through official channels can help determine if the outage is widespread.
Brightspace Status
- Open your web browser.
- Navigate to the official Brightspace status page: https://status.d2l.com/brightspace.mclennan.edu.
- Review the current status for any outages or service interruptions.
Office 365 Status
- Open your web browser.
- Go to the official Office 365 status page: https://status.cloud.microsoft/m365/referrer=serviceStatusRedirect.
- Check for any listed issues affecting email, Teams, OneDrive, or other services.
Etrieve SoftDocs Status
- Open your web browser.
- Navigate to the Etrieve SoftDocs status page or support site: https://status.softdocs.com/.
Respondus LockDown Browser Status
- Open your web browser.
- Go to the Official Respondus LockDown Browser status page: https://status.respondus.com/
