You can contact D2L Brightspace 24/7 Technical Support for any non-login issues by following the instructions below. There are several options to contact them:

Account Support

If you are a new student that has never signed in to Brightspace, please visit Brightspace Account Creation and Access for information on when your new Brightspace account will be created.

If you are a new student that has never signed in to Brightspace and is required to take the Highlander Prep course before you are able to see an advisor, please visit Highlander Prep Student Onboarding Course Availability for information on when your new Brightspace account will be created.

If you have an existing Brightspace account but are not able to log in, please close the "Failed to authenticate" page, reset your MCC password, and then retry signing in. If a password reset does not resolve the issue, please contact MCC Tech Support for assistance.

If you are experiencing an issue with Duo multi-factor authentication, please contact MCC Tech Support for assistance.
