Problem Finding your Session Error

Overview

The message “Sorry, it looks like there is a problem finding your session” usually appears when the login page has been open too long before signing in. This issue is temporary and can be resolved by restarting the login process.

Getting Started

1. Close the browser tab or window displaying the error message.
2. Return to the application login page.
3. Enter your login information again.
4. Complete the sign-in process without leaving the page idle for an extended period of time.

This can happen if you waited too long on the login page, or if you were redirected to a different server that issued the original request. This error usually goes away if you try accessing your desired application again." it just means waiting on the login page too long. Exit the page, and then go back and try to log into the application again.
