Why Am I Not Getting Duo Phone Calls?

Overview

Some mobile devices block unknown or unidentified numbers by default, which can prevent important calls from coming through. To make sure you receive Duo authentication calls, add the number 254-299-8077 to your phone contacts. You may save it as MCC Duo or MCC Help Desk.

Getting Started

Follow the steps below to add the MCC Help Desk number to your contacts on your device. 

1. Contacts app.
2. Tap the + or Add button to create a new contact.
3. Enter a name such as "MCC Duo" or "MCC Help Desk."
4. Type in the phone number: 254-299-8077.
5. Tap Save to finish adding the contact.
