2026: Stay Connected Safely: Account Access, MFA Changes, & Travel Reminders

If you suddenly lose access to your McLennan Community College (MCC) account, call the Help Desk at 254-299-8077. Be ready to verify your identity.
Beginning June 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM, accepted and inactive students will no longer use Duo MFA. Some applications may require a Microsoft text code (for MFA), and others may only require a username and password.
Traveling internationally? Access to MCC systems may be affected by GeoIP blocking. Request access before you travel if you need to connect from a blocked country. You may contact the helpdesk@mclennan.edu to request access. For more information see IT Hub GeoIP Blocking.
