Add a Backup Duo Method- Highly Recommended
Important: If your only Duo device is lost, damaged, unavailable, or you changed phones or phone numbers while the Help Desk is closed, you may not be able to access MCC email, Brightspace, or other MCC systems until the Help Desk reopens.
When you begin using Duo, add another device or authentication method, such as a tablet, computer, or a YubiKey for authentication if your primary device can't be used. Bookmark the following link if you aren't using Duo yet so you can easily find instructions to add your backup device once you start using Duo!
