Employee Tip
This tip for employees will help you avoid getting locked out of your account after a password reset, saving you time and stress!
-
Turn off all your devices that connect to Wi-Fi or use email apps (like Outlook).
-
Reset your password using one device only.
-
On that same device, update the Wi-Fi and email passwords and confirm they are working with your new password.
-
Turn your next device on and update the password for Wi-Fi and email. Confirm they are working with your new password.
-
Repeat this for each device (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.).
This step-by-step process helps stop your account from getting locked because of an old password still being used in the background.
