MyMCC Make a Payment and Cashnet Troubleshooting

Overview

This article covers how to log into MyMCC and Cashnet to make a payment and troubleshooting steps. 

Getting Started

1. Go to MyMCC and log in. More information about your username and password can be found in the article, MyMCC.
2. Click the Financial Information button (courthouse/building icon).
3. Click Student finance.
4. Click Make a Payment.
5. You will be redirected to a login page. 
6. Log in with your username and password. 
   
   1. If you are unable to log in, you will need to change your password as MyMCC and Cashnet use a different log in systems and may not have synced correctly.
