How to Forward Your Email

Overview

This guide explains how to forward your Office 365 email to another email address.

Getting Started

  1. Go to Office 365 Email or your school portal at www.mclennan.edu and select Email.
  2. Log in with your Office 365 credentials.
  3. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to access Settings.
  4. In the Settings menu, click on "Mail".
  5. Select "Forwarding".
  6. Enable forwarding by toggling the switch or checkbox.
  7. Enter the email address you want your messages forwarded to.
  8. Optionally, select "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" if you want emails to remain in your Office 365 inbox.
  9. Save your changes to activate forwarding.

Additional Details

  • Make sure the forwarding address is correct to avoid losing emails.
  • If you want to stop forwarding later, disable it in the same settings menu.
