How to Forward Your Email
Overview
This guide explains how to forward your Office 365 email to another email address.
Getting Started
- Go to Office 365 Email or your school portal at www.mclennan.edu and select Email.
- Log in with your Office 365 credentials.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to access Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click on "Mail".
- Select "Forwarding".
- Enable forwarding by toggling the switch or checkbox.
- Enter the email address you want your messages forwarded to.
- Optionally, select "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" if you want emails to remain in your Office 365 inbox.
- Save your changes to activate forwarding.
Additional Details
- Make sure the forwarding address is correct to avoid losing emails.
- If you want to stop forwarding later, disable it in the same settings menu.
