BankMobile Communications: Email Addresses and Phishing Safety

Overview

This article provides a list of email domains commonly used by BankMobile for official communications. While these domains can help identify messages that may be legitimate, they should not be used as the sole method of verifying an email's authenticity.

The presence of a sender address from one of the domains below does not guarantee that an email is legitimate. Email addresses and domains can be spoofed to appear trustworthy. Always review the message for other signs of phishing and follow the guidance in the IT Hub article, Phishing Emails and Texts: How to Spot and Report Them, before taking any action.

Getting Started

If you receive an email claiming to be from BankMobile that does not originate from one of the domains listed below, report it to the IT Department using the Phishing Report Button. If you are unsure whether an email is legitimate, please forward it to helpdesk@mclennan.edu for review.  Do not click any links, open attachments, reply to the sender, or provide information while awaiting guidance.
