A delegate is someone who is given permission to help manage another person's phone calls in Microsoft Teams. This may include making calls, receiving calls, or managing call settings.

Follow the Microsoft Support article below to learn how to set up a delegate, choose their permissions, and make or receive calls.
After completing the setup, contact the person you added as a delegate. Let them know they have been set up and review the permissions they were given. They may not receive a Teams notification with this information.
