Former students who have not taken a class at McLennan Community College for over 365 days will experience issues when trying to submit an appeal through Etrieve SoftDocs. Due to account status changes, online access is no longer available, and an alternate submission method is required.

Submit an Appeal as a Former Student
Former students must complete and submit the appeal form manually using the PDF version available on the McLennan Community College website.
- Go to www.mclennan.edu.
- Click on the search bar at the top of the page.
- Search for appeal form.
- Select the link for Financial Aid Forms.
- Click on Appeal Form (PDF).
- Download and complete the PDF form.
- Email the completed form to the Financial Aid Office for review.

- Former students are unable to access Etrieve SoftDocs due to inactive account status and do not indicate a technical issue.
- Submitting the PDF form by email is the only available method for appeal submission in this situation.
