Reset or create your password. Many login issues can be resolved by resetting your password.

When can you log into Brightspace?

Your Brightspace account will be created within 15 minutes after you register for your first course.

Need to take the Highlander Prep course?

  1. New student Brightspace accounts are created and enrollment into the class occurs on the Wednesday after acceptance.
  2. If accepted on a Wednesday, access may not be able to log into Brightspace or see the course until the following Wednesday.

Issues with your student email?

  1. Go to the MCC home page at https://www.mclennan.edu/ and click EMAIL or go directly to Outlook Web Access.
  2. Enter your MCC email address.
  3. Enter your current MCC password.
  4.  Complete the Duo or Microsoft Multi-factor Authentication steps. More information can be found at Getting Your Multi-factor Authentication Set Up.
