File Storage & Notes
These tools help users store files and organize notes online.
- OneDrive: A secure cloud storage platform where you can save, share, and access your files from any device.
- OneNote: A digital notebook app for creating and organizing notes, checklists, drawings, and more, all in one place.
Communication & Collaboration
These apps help with email, messaging, meetings, and group projects.
- Outlook: A professional email and calendar tool used to send messages, schedule meetings, and manage contacts.
- Microsoft Teams: A chat and video conferencing tool for group communication, file sharing, and teamwork in real time.
- Microsoft SharePoint: A platform for building websites and sharing documents with teams or departments across the college.
- Microsoft Forms: A simple tool to create surveys, quizzes, or polls and collect responses quickly and easily.

- All MCC users can access these apps by signing in to Microsoft Office 365 Portal with their MCC credentials.
- Apps are available online and can also be downloaded to your device.
- Files saved in OneDrive are backed up automatically and can be recovered if lost.
