Remove Sender from Barracuda Sender Policy
Overview
Sometimes, emails get blocked by Barracuda because the sender's address or domain is flagged. This guide will help you remove a sender from the block list so their messages can come through.
Getting Started
Follow these steps to remove a blocked sender from your Barracuda quarantine list.
Log into Barracuda
Start by accessing your Barracuda Email Security Service account.
- Go to the Barracuda Email Security Gateway.
- Log in using your MCC email credentials.
- For a shared (department) email address, use "Email me a temporary passcode."
Remove Sender from Sender Policy
This section explains how to remove the sender from the block list so future emails are not blocked*.
- Go to the Barracuda Sender Policy.
- Locate the email marked as "Block" or "Quarantine".
- Under Actions, click "Remove".
- Confirm your choice if prompted.

- Changes take effect immediately for your inbox.
