Deliver Email from Barracuda Message Log
Overview
Sometimes, emails get blocked by our spam filter even if they are safe. You can check for these in the Barracuda Message Log and deliver them to your inbox if needed. This guide shows you how.
Getting Started
Follow the steps below to locate and deliver a blocked email from your Barracuda Message Log.
Log into Barracuda
Access your personal Barracuda spam filter account.
- Go to the Barracuda Email Security Gateway.
- Enter your MCC email address and complete the login process using your MCC credentials.
- Click on "Message Log" to see recent filtered emails.
Deliver a Blocked Email
Find and release the email so it goes to your inbox.
- Look for the email you want to deliver. Use filters or the search bar to find it faster.
- Click on the email subject to open message details.
- Click the "Deliver" button to send the email to your inbox.
Additional Details
- If an email looks suspicious, do not deliver it. Report it to the IT Help Desk.
- You can also whitelist senders to prevent future blocks.
